Job Description
Position Name: Travel Registered Nurse Cath Lab
Location: Des Moines IA 50309
Start Date: ASAP
Employment Type: Fulltime Travel Contract Temporary
Contract Length: 13 weeksAccepting both local and travel Candidates
Pay Rate: Range $3400 to $3880 weekly Gross pay (Nontaxable travel/housing and M&I stipend available for qualified/eligible travelers)
Unit: Critical Care
Shift: 10 Hours; Days 7.00 am 5.30 pm
Schedule: 40 hours / week 4 shifts per week MonFri with a day off during the week. On call once per week and every 3rd weekend (Fri 7p Mon 7a)
Position Requirements:
- Registered Nurse: 2 years Required
- Cath Lab experience: Current 2 years experience Required
- EP Procedures experience Required
- At least one travel/contract assignment successfully completed Required
Education License and Certification Requirements:
- ASN or an equivalent Required
- BSN or an equivalent Highly preferred
- RN License for State of IA or Compact Required
- BLS and ACLS Certification from AHA Required
Job Description:
- Provide complete nursing care for patients in the assigned units
- As a member of the interdisciplinary team contributes professional nursing knowledge and skills in the provision and management of care to patients through the application of the nursing process.
- Float to other campuses of the facility within pertinent skillset/Unit they are contracted for. (All campuses are within minutes from each other in Des Moines)
