Job Description
The Financial Planning and Analysist (FP&A) Manager is a key leadership role responsible for guiding the organization through comprehensive financial planning analysis and strategic decisionmaking. This role supports the CFO by providing insights that drive business performance improve financial outcomes and ensure alignment with the companys strategic goals. The FP&A Manager will lead a team work crossfunctionally and ensure the delivery of accurate actionable and timely financial information.
Key Responsibilities
Strategic Financial Planning
- Develop implement and manage annual budgeting processes in collaboration with department heads. This includes regular updated on the Budget.
- Create longterm financial forecasts aligning with the companys strategic objectives. Work across all functions in order establish the Company Budget.
- Support the CFO in strategic initiatives including copacking capital planning and funding strategies.
Financial Analysis and Reporting
- Prepare monthly quarterly and annual financial performance reports highlighting trends variances and actionable insights.
- Perform adhoc financial analyses to support management decisions.
- Develop and monitor key performance indicators (KPIs) to assess the companys financial health.
- Lead the preparation of financial presentations for the executive team board of directors and investors.
Cost Management and Optimization
- Analyze cost structures and identify opportunities for costsaving initiatives.
- Conduct profitability analyses for products projects and business lines.
- Provide financial modeling for pricing investment decisions and operational changes.
Process Improvement and Systems Management
- Optimize financial planning processes systems and tools to improve efficiency and accuracy.
- Implement and maintain robust financial reporting systems to support realtime decisionmaking.
- Ensure compliance with financial regulations policies and internal controls.
Team Leadership
- Lead mentor and develop a highperforming FP&A team including manufacturing costing specialist.
- Foster a collaborative and resultsoriented team culture.
- Establish clear roles responsibilities and performance expectations for team members.
