Job Description
Solution IT Inc. is looking for a Power BI developer for one of its clients in Cleveland OH
Job Title: Power BI developer
Required Skills:
- End to end responsibility of publishing business intelligence reports & dashboards using Microsoft Power BI. This includes extracting data from database (SQL Oracle & other databases) by writing queries & optimizing them design develop test (thoroughly) deploy & maintain the reports / dashboards using Microsoft Power BI.
- Collaborate with crossfunctional teams to gather requirements and translate them into efficient database queries.
- Power BI Gateway setup & usage of Power BI Services
- Implement rowlevel security on data along with an understanding of application security layer models in Power BI.
- Conduct Trainings/ Walkthrough sessions to the Users to help them understand the Dashboard properly & use it with the right understanding.
- Closely interact with various Business & Functional teams to build a strong understanding of their Function their pain points and accordingly develop the required Dashboards / Reports.
- Maintain internal database and tables for usage in analytics and reporting
Work Site: Cleveland OH
Duration: 6 Months Contract
Expected Start Date: Immediate
