Job Description
As a Product Manager you will drive the development and enhancement of innovative products and solutions that meet the needs of our clients. You will work crossfunctionally with stakeholders to define product strategy manage the product lifecycle and ensure successful execution.
Key Responsibilities
- Product Strategy & Planning:
- Develop and communicate the product vision and strategy in alignment with company goals.
- Conduct market research and competitive analysis to identify opportunities and threats.
- Product Development:
- Collaborate with engineering design and other teams to define product requirements and specifications.
- Manage the product roadmap and prioritize features based on business impact and customer feedback.
- Performance & Reporting:
- Define KPIs and measure product success.
- Monitor product performance and identify areas for improvement.
Qualifications
- Bachelors degree in Business Computer Science or a related field; MBA preferred.
- 8 years of experience in product management preferably in fintech or related industries.
- Strong understanding of software development lifecycles and agile methodologies.
- Proven ability to gather and translate customer needs into actionable features.
- Excellent analytical organizational and problemsolving skills.
- Strong communication and presentation abilities.
- Functional Knowledge of Sql
