Role Description
This is a fulltime onsite role for a Personal Injury Lawyer at Bressman Law in Dublin OH. The Personal Injury Lawyer will be responsible for handling personal injury cases providing legal advice and representation to clients negotiating settlements and representing clients in court proceedings.
Qualifications
- Legal research analysis and case management skills
- Excellent communication and negotiation skills
- Litigation experience and courtroom presentation skills
- Knowledge of personal injury law and relevant regulations
- Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
- Ability to work well under pressure and meet deadlines
- Juris Doctor (JD) degree from an accredited law school
- Active license to practice law in Ohio
