Position Overview: We are seeking an Accountant with experience in nonprofit to join our finance department in Laconia. The position involves reconciling investment and bank accounts preparing monthend closing entries processing monthend closings and preparing financial reports for the monthend. Additionally this role supports the annual budget process maintains resident files and addresses accounting issues unique to a Retirement Community.
Candidates must demonstrate critical thinking positive problemsolving and issue resolution skills as well as effective interaction and communication abilities with residents staff and coworkers.
