Job Description
Job Title: Data Quality manager(US Citizens Only)
Location: Remote
We are currently seeking candidates who meet the following qualifications:
Responsibilities:
- Develop and maintain data quality standards policies and procedures.
- Monitor measure and report on data quality metrics to identify and resolve issues.
- Collaborate with data stewards business analysts and IT teams to ensure accurate data collection transformation and usage.
- Establish and enforce data governance practices ensuring compliance with regulatory and organizational standards.
- Conduct data audits and implement corrective measures to address data discrepancies.
- Design and implement data quality tools and processes to automate validation and cleansing.
- Provide training and support to team members on data quality management best practices.
Qualifications:
- Bachelors degree in Data Science Information Systems Computer Science or related field. Masters degree preferred.
- Experience in data quality management data governance or related roles.
- Proficiency with data quality and data governance tools (e.g. Informatica Collibra Talend DataFlux).
- Strong knowledge of SQL database management systems and data warehousing.
- Experience with data visualization tools (e.g. Tableau Power BI) is a plus.
- Experience in regulatory standards like GDPR HIPAA or CCPA.
- Excellent problemsolving skills and attention to detail.
- Strong communication skills to work effectively across departments.
- Knowledge of big data platforms (e.g. Hadoop Spark) and cloud technologies (e.g. AWS Azure GCP).
- Certifications in data management or governance (e.g. CDMP DGSP).
- Federal Experience is a plus.
- Required Security clearance.
