Job Title: Project Coordinator(US Citizen Only)
Location: Remote
We are currently seeking candidates who meet the following qualifications:
Responsibilities:
- Coordinate and monitor project activities to ensure deadlines and objectives are met.
- Assist in developing project plans schedules and budgets.
- Maintain and update project documentation reports and tracking tools.
- Communicate with stakeholders to provide updates and gather feedback.
- Schedule and facilitate meetings preparing agendas and recording minutes.
- Identify and manage risks or issues escalating them as necessary.
- Track project deliverables and monitor progress using project management tools.
- Support project managers and team members in executing project tasks.
Qualifications
- Bachelors degree in Business Administration Project Management or a related field.
- Experience in project coordination or a similar role..
- Project Management Professional (PMP).
- Strong organizational and multitasking abilities.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Proficiency in project management tools (e.g. Microsoft Project Trello Asana Jira).
- Basic understanding of project management methodologies (e.g. Agile Waterfall).
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word Excel PowerPoint).
- Strong problemsolving and analytical skills.
- Experience in budgeting and financial tracking.
- Knowledge of risk management principles.
- Federal Experience is a plus.
- Required Security clearance.
