Job Description

United Healthcare is now hiring for a L&D RN for our location in beautiful Sacramento CA. As an RN you will provide 312/hour night shifts per week for 13weeks. Services you will provide **High risk unit couplet care. Must be willing to do it all from start to finish. Must be able to circulate csections and feel comfortable in PP.

Unit FBC OB / L&D / PP (LDRP)

# L&D Beds 10

# OR Suites on the unit for CSections 2

# Triage beds 3 OBED and 3 antepartum testing used for OB ED overflow

# Postpartum beds 12

# Births per day Month Year 100150 births a month

Ratios 1:34 couplets LD anywhere from 1:1 to 1:2 1:13 antepartums

Required Certifications: BLS ACLS NRP & AWHONN Advanced EFM STABLE preferred. Common diagnoses/Types of patients preterm labor/bleeding/inductions/cesarean sections/hypertension Experience or Must have skills Must be able to float to MB and be able to circulate csections. All RNs must be able to circulate C/S.

Expected start date is 2/4.
