Job Title: General Liability Associate Attorney
Location: Los Angeles CA
Salary Range: As per Exp.
Job Type: FullTime
Client is seeking an experienced associate attorney to join our general liability practice group. This position is available in any of our California office locations: Irvine Los Angeles San Francisco or Walnut Creek.

Our expertise spans diverse areas including toxic torts complex product liability local government general liability and commercial litigation. Handle local and national accounts throughout the state of California.

Independently manage a litigation caseload.

Conduct depositions and prepare witnesses for deposition and trial.

Review and analyze discovery requests and prepare responses.

Draft pleadings and other court documents.

Prepare court filings and handle service to counsel including efiling.

Provide trial preparation and support.

Maintain accurate and detailed time records.
Qualifications:
-
A minimum of two (2) years of experience in one or more of the following practice areas: product liability transportation aviation and premises liability.

Juris Doctor degree from an accredited law school.

Admitted to practice law in the state of California.

Proven experience with motion practice and depositions.

Demonstrated ability to take lead in plaintiff and expert depositions.
