As a Quality Improvement Specialist at our client youll play a vital role in supporting our commitment to excellence by working alongside the National Director of Quality and Compliance Programs. Youll help drive local and enterprisewide quality initiatives ensure smooth adherence to federal and state reporting processes and serve as a key contact for incident reports root cause analyses and the implementation of corrective action plans.
Key Responsibilities
Proficient in data management and accuracy for timely submission
Skilled in root cause analysis and problemsolving
Acts as a knowledgeable resource for quality functions
Executes tasks with attention to detail
Effectively collaborates within QI Program Committees
Identifies deficiencies and trends during quality activities
Supports audit preparation and compliance efforts
Diligently collects and submits data for regulatory bodies
Embrace additional opportunities for organizational growth
Schedule and Shift Details
Monday Friday 100% onsite
