We are seeking an experienced IT Specialist to lead the automation of company processes maintain our website and eCommerce platforms ensure system security and efficiency and provide technical support. The ideal candidate will excel in cloud services database management and multiproject coordination in a dynamic environment.

Responsibilities :
Full Automation of Company processes
Maintenance of Company website and Ecommerce platforms
Maintenance of Company’s hardware and software
Ensure robust cybersecurity measures to protect company data and systems.
Monitor system performance and implement improvements to optimize efficiency.
Provide technical support and training to employees for hardware software and digital tools.
Collaborate with vendors and service providers for technology procurement and issue resolution.
Requirements/ Qualifications:
Experience in process automation
Experience in managing websites and Ecommerce platforms
Experience in hardware and software maintenance
Proficiency in cloud services and platforms such as AWS Azure or Google Cloud.
Knowledge of database management and system integration techniques.
Strong problemsolving and analytical skills with attention to detail.
Ability to manage multiple projects and adapt to a dynamic work environment.
