Client requires the services of 1 Developer/Programmer Analyst 3 hereafter referred to as Candidate(s) who meets the general qualifications of Developer/Programmer Analyst 3 Applications/Software Development and the specifications outlined in this document for the client.
All work products resulting from the project shall be considered works made for hire and are the property of the client and may include preselection requirements that potential Vendors (and their Candidates) submit to and satisfy criminal background checks as authorized by T law. client will pay no fees for interviews or discussions which occur during the process of selecting a Candidate(s).
This Senior role perform advanced analysis involving all aspects of supporting improving and enhancing the database and reports for a large project. This position requires strong SQL PL/SQL and Stored Procedure skills. The worker will also devise approaches to solving complex problems provide thought leadership manage project scope and provide ongoing updates on project status. The worker will also need to exhibit a high level of skill in data aggregation and analysis. This position works for section of ITSEDS (Information Technology Statewide Education Data System). Work assignments follow a defined software development life cycle (SDLC) process using an Agilelike approach for completing code changes for defined releases. This role works across multiple agency stakeholders to ensure the accuracy and efficacy of created reports.

CANDIDATE SKILLS AND QUALIFICATIONS
- Skill in designing coding and supporting using Oracle SQL and PL/SQL Required 8years
