Job Description
To handle Day to day routine functions in the Accounts including :
- Regular Data updating in Tally and Handling upto Finalization of accounts
- Reconciliations (Bank Creditors and Expense ledger)
- Monthly Profit and Loss account
- Maintaining reports of Recurring monthly payments.
- To ensure timely processing of payments to vendors
- Regular Petty cash maintenance
- Tax Calculations and timely payments & filing of tax returns. i.e. TDS GST
- Issuance of Form 16 to all vendors & other concerned persons
Requirements
1. 12 years of experience in Tally or other equivalent Accounting Software
2. Having Good knowledge of MS office (Word & Excel)
3. Good written & verbal Communication skills.
4. Minimum qualification required: B. Com.
5. Knowledge of Direct and Indirect taxation would be an added advantage.
