Key Responsibilities:

• Looking after the end to end planning and execution of video projects for both in house brands and clients.

• Heading the post production department at Urban Talkies.

• Being the chief editor for production projects.

• Working closely with the creative team to enhance the existing video processes for clients.

• Handle and manage a team of video editor(s) and support other members of the video production team.

• Work closely with account managers business development executives in understanding and executing the client briefs.

• Review and enhance the work done by editors and video team before a final approval is given.

• Regular training and knowledge sharing with the in house production team.

• Executing video projects PAN India with suitable teams and resources.

Requirements:

• Minimum 23 years of experience in video editing and production within an advertising agency or production house.

• Proficiency with video editing software such as Adobe Premiere Pro Final Cut Pro or DaVinci Resolve.

• Strong storytelling skills a keen eye for detail and a creative mind.

• Ability to handle multiple projects under tight deadlines.

• Passion for video production and creating visually engaging content.

• Ability to work effectively within a collaborative team environment and manage feedback from various stakeholders.

• In office role Candidate is expected to work from office 45 days a week.
