Your Career Blueprint at a Glance
Shift: Day Shift (Monday to Friday 8:00 AM 5:00 PM)
Work Setup: Onsite (Metro Manila)
What You ll Own and Lead
- Develop detailed architectural drawings and plans that comply with PEZA BOI LGU and BFP regulations and processes.
- Collaborate with clients project managers interior designers contractors and vendors to ensure seamless project delivery.
- Present design concepts and solutions to clients effectively communicating ideas and revisions as needed.
- Oversee the coordination and integration of design elements to create cohesive and functional workspaces.
- Provide leadership and inspiration to the team fostering a collaborative and innovative work environment.
- Ensure all designs plans and installations meet the company s quality standards and are executed with meticulous attention to detail.
- Utilize architectural software such as AutoCAD Revit and SketchUp. Familiarity with 3D rendering tools is a plus.
- Apply knowledge of green building practices sustainable materials and energyefficient design principles to contribute positively to the environment.
- Demonstrate a solid understanding of construction methods materials and best practices to create practical buildable and costeffective designs.
- Stay informed on the latest trends materials and technologies in office design and fitout to ensure modern innovative and competitive projects.
- Take initiative and lead design projects from concept to completion while inspiring and guiding the team toward outstanding results.
Requirements
What We re Looking For
- 2 to 3 years of work experience specializing in office design and fitout.
- Proficient in navigating PEZA BOI LGU and BFP requirements and processes.
- Strong background in interior design with the ability to create aesthetically pleasing and functional spaces.
- Skilled in using architectural software such as AutoCAD Revit SketchUp and other design tools; familiarity with 3D rendering software is a plus.
- Exceptional presentation and communication skills with a proven ability to engage and influence stakeholders.
- Demonstrated ability to lead mentor and inspire a team of diverse professionals.
