Contribute to the planning of inspection activities in coordination with the Director of the Inspection and Supervision Division.
Define the scope of planned inspections and prepare inspection and supervision scope documents as needed.
Identify and review relevant documents provided by regulated companies prior to conducting on-site inspections.
Apply a risk-based approach to conducting inspections when planning activities in accordance with the risk register of the regulated company.
Analyze the risk assessments of regulated companies from the data provided.
Participate in conducting interviews with relevant external stakeholders (e.g., the Board of Directors of regulated companies) to assess the scope of governance structures and processes, and evaluate the effectiveness of such structures and processes, where appropriate.
Conduct interviews with relevant stakeholders in regulated entities to identify, assess and control risks as appropriate.
Prepare discussion materials (e.g. presentations and reports) to discuss inspection findings with internal and external stakeholders as needed.
Conduct regular, objective and ad hoc inspection visits to regulated companies in coordination with other supervision departments.
Communicate with supervisors regarding inspection visits, to ensure that visits are in line with relevant risk briefs.
Preparing reports, recommendations and corrective actions resulting from visits. Contributing to the development of legal cases in preparation for referring them to the competent department. Systematic documentation of observations monitored through inspection activities and identifying actions that may indicate the occurrence of crimes or violations of relevant regulations. Investigating violations committed by entities subject to supervision to protect the rights of insured persons and their beneficiaries

Providing Guidance and Training
Mentorship: Provide mentorship and guidance to junior examiners or less experienced staff, ensuring they understand the examination processes and standards.
Training: Assist in the development and delivery of training programs for new and existing examiners, ensuring they are equipped with the knowledge necessary to carry out their duties effectively.
Best Practices: Help establish best practices for conducting examinations, ensuring consistency and quality in all evaluations conducted by the team.

Ensure Compliance: Ensure that the organization under examination complies with relevant laws, regulations, and industry standards. This may include financial regulations, safety standards, or other industry-specific guidelines.
Policy Development: Contribute to the development and improvement of examination protocols, procedures, and guidelines to maintain up-to-date practices in line with regulatory changes.
Reporting to Senior Management: Communicate significant findings and risks to senior management or regulatory bodies, making recommendations for corrective actions and improvements.
