Job Description
The Responsibilities of the Role:
- Develop scripts to automate daytoday operation processes which require manual work.
- Support the application CI/CD pipeline for promoting software into higher environments.
- Manage operation daytoday technical issues.
- Troubleshooting root causing perform web platform administration activities ensuring issues are resolved in timely fashion within agreed SLA.
- Perform site performance monitoring to determine system performance bottlenecks and Root Cause Analysis.
- Proactive learner with the ability to research and quickly utilize new technologies.
- Work with other crossfunctional and enterprisewide organizations to develop systems and process enhancements.
- Understand business requirements both current and future and design automation solutions to achieve the business directives.
Skill Requirements:
- Bachelor of Computer Science / Information Technology from a reputable university/college with a minimum 3 years of working experience in IT Application Devops.
- Passionate with Technical IT work and adopting new technologies.
- Experience in managing Linux based infrastructure.
- Handson experience at least in one scripting language.
- Handson experience with databases including MySQL Mongo Redis.
- Knowledge of Java/JVM based languages.
- Knowledge and experience of working in an Agile/Scrum environment.
- Knowledge in CI/CD processes
- Critical thinker and problemsolving skills.
- Good teamwork.
- Good timemanagement skills.
- Good interpersonal and communication skills.
