As a Senior ERP Expert you will:

• Optimize maintenance processes using standard SAP applications such as EAM/PM MRS/SAM and PPM/PS.
  
• Act as the liaison between endusers of ERP within the business unit and the IT department.
  
• Support key users and coordinate system tasks including release management and system testing.
  
• Provide demos and training sessions for endusers and create clear work instructions.
  
• Lead change management initiatives including coordinating evaluating testing and implementing system changes.
  
• Enhance business processes through advanced ERP applications including master data and asset data management.
  
• Develop and execute a longterm vision for the use of SAP S/4HANA and related software.
  
• Collaborate with team members on project stations quarterly and attend weekly live team meetings.
  

What You Bring to the Table:

• A bachelor s degree in IT engineering or a related field.
  
• At least five years of experience in SAP consulting and user organizations.
  
• Extensive experience with SAP PPM and SAP PS.
  
• Indepth knowledge and handson expertise with SAP S/4HANA.
  
• Proven ability to translate user requirements into feasible solutions and assess the need for customizations.
  
• Experience in SAP migrations release planning and implementation.
  
• Familiarity with ITIL JIRA BiSL or Scrum methodologies.
  
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills combined with technical expertise.
  
• Proficiency in Dutch and English both written and spoken.
  
• A track record of working in complex large organizations.
  
• Creative problemsolving skills and the ability to think outside the box.
  
• Competence in delivering effective training and presentations.
  
• Experience with data analysis and energy industry processes is a plus.
