Siamo alla ricerca di un/una Receptionist Multilingue che si unisca al nostro team! La figura sar il primo punto di contatto per clienti e ospiti garantendo un servizio eccellente e contribuendo a creare unatmosfera accogliente e professionale.
Responsabilit principali:
- Accoglienza Ospiti e gestione delle richieste sia di persona che telefonicamente o via email.
- Coordinamento di appuntamenti e gestione delle agende.
- Supporto amministrativo e organizzativo assicurando la fluidit delle operazioni quotidiane.
Requisiti richiesti:
- Conoscenza fluente dellitaliano inglese e preferibilmente tedesco; una quarta lingua sar considerata un plus.
- Predisposizione a un lavoro dinamico e capacit di adattarsi a diverse situazioni.
- Apertura a candidati anche senza esperienza purch motivati e determinati a imparare.
- Atteggiamento positivo e proattivo con ottime capacit comunicative e relazionali.

Zur Verstrkung unseres Teams suchen wir eine/n mehrsprachige/n Rezeptionist/in! Sie sind die erste Anlaufstelle fr Kunden und Gste garantieren einen exzellenten Service und tragen zu einer einladenden und professionellen Atmosphre bei.
Hauptaufgaben:
Empfang der Gste und Bearbeitung ihrer Anfragen persnlich telefonisch oder per EMail.
Koordination von Terminen und Fhren von Terminkalendern.
Administrative und organisatorische Untersttzung um einen reibungslosen Tagesablauf zu gewhrleisten.
Anforderungen
1. flieende Beherrschung der italienischen englischen und vorzugsweise der deutschen Sprache; eine vierte Sprache ist von Vorteil.
2. Bereitschaft zu dynamischem Arbeiten und die Fhigkeit sich an unterschiedliche Situationen anzupassen.
3. Aufgeschlossenheit gegenber Bewerbern ohne Berufserfahrung sofern diese motiviert und lernwillig sind.
4. Positive und proaktive Einstellung mit ausgezeichneten kommunikativen und zwischenmenschlichen Fhigkeiten.

Multilingual Receptionist
Place of employment: UNION LIDO MARE I 30013 Cavallino Treporti Venice
Contract: Temporary fulltime shift work for 40 hours per week with one guaranteed day off
We are looking for a multilingual receptionist to join our team! The person will be the first point of contact for customers and guests ensuring excellent service and helping to create a welcoming and professional atmosphere.
Main responsibilities:
Welcoming guests and dealing with enquiries either in person or by telephone or email.
Coordinate appointments and manage diaries.
Provide administrative and organisational support to ensure smooth daytoday operations.
Requirements:
1. Fluent in Italian English and preferably German; a fourth language is an advantage.
2. Ability to work in a dynamic environment and adapt to different situations.
3. Openness to candidates with no previous experience provided they are motivated and willing to learn.
4. Positive and proactive attitude with excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
