Siamo alla ricerca di un/una Addetto Controllo Notturno per garantire la sicurezza e lefficienza delle operazioni durante il turno notturno. La figura si occuper di supervisionare lattivit notturna gestire la clientela e affrontare eventuali situazioni impreviste con professionalit.

Responsabilit principali:

• Monitoraggio delle attivit notturne per assicurare un ambiente sicuro e tranquillo.
• Assistenza alla clientela durante il turno notturno rispondendo a richieste e risolvendo eventuali problematiche.
• Supporto nelle attivit operative e gestionali del turno di notte.

Requisiti richiesti:

1. Conoscenza fluente dellitaliano e inglese preferibilmente anche del tedesco; una quarta lingua sar considerata un plus.
2. Predisposizione a un lavoro dinamico con capacit di mantenere la calma e reagire rapidamente in situazioni impreviste.
3. Buone capacit relazionali per gestire la clientela e lavorare in team.
4. Atteggiamento positivo e proattivo con desiderio di imparare e crescere nel ruolo.
5. Patente di guida necessaria per eventuali spostamenti lavorativi.
6. Apertura a candidati anche senza esperienza purch motivati a imparare.

Vertrag: befristet Vollzeit Schichtdienst 40 Stunden pro Woche mit zwei freien Tagen

Wir suchen einen Nachtwchter (m/w) der die Sicherheit und Effizienz des Betriebs whrend der Nachtschicht gewhrleistet. Er/Sie ist verantwortlich fr die berwachung des Nachtbetriebs die Betreuung der Kunden und den professionellen Umgang mit unvorhergesehenen Situationen.

Hauptaufgaben:

berwachung des Nachtbetriebs um eine sichere und ruhige Umgebung zu gewhrleisten.

Betreuung der Kunden whrend der Nachtschicht Beantwortung von Fragen und Lsung von Problemen.

Untersttzung bei operativen und administrativen Ttigkeiten der Nachtschicht.

Anforderungen:

1. flieende Beherrschung der italienischen und englischen Sprache vorzugsweise auch der deutschen; eine vierte Sprache ist von Vorteil.

2. Bereitschaft zu dynamischem Arbeiten mit der Fhigkeit in unvorhergesehenen Situationen ruhig zu bleiben und schnell zu reagieren.

3. gute zwischenmenschliche Fhigkeiten fr den Umgang mit Kunden und die Arbeit im Team.

4. Positive und proaktive Einstellung mit dem Wunsch zu lernen und in der Rolle zu wachsen.

5. Fhrerschein fr Dienstreisen.

6. Offenheit gegenber Bewerbern ohne Berufserfahrung vorausgesetzt sie sind motiviert zu lernen.

Contract: Fixedterm fulltime shift work 40 hours per week with two days off

We are looking for a Night Control Officer to ensure the safety and efficiency of operations during the night shift. The person will be responsible for supervising night operations managing customers and dealing with any unforeseen situations in a professional manner.

Main responsibilities:

Monitor night activities to ensure a safe and tranquil environment.

Assist customers during the night shift answering questions and resolving any issues.

Assist in the operational and management activities of the night shift.

Requirements:

1. Fluent in Italian and English preferably also German; a fourth language will be considered an asset.

2. Ability to work in a dynamic environment with the ability to remain calm and react quickly in unforeseen situations.

3. Good interpersonal skills to deal with clients and work in a team.

4. A positive and proactive attitude with a desire to learn and grow in the role.

5. Driving licence required for business travel.

6. Openness to candidates with no experience as long as they are motivated to learn.
