Our client a leading BMO in Kenya is looking for a CEO to head the Secretariat and provide leadership in helping the Board of Directors achieve the Organization s Strategic Intent.
We are looking to recruit a strong dynamic visionary leader to drive change innovation and transformation of the association. The main objective of this role is to develop maintain and promote a management philosophy that culminates in member satisfaction and employee engagement while consistently achieving the mandates of the annual/long term financial and strategic plans of the Organization.

Requirements
Academic Professional Qualifications and Relevant Experience
- A Master s Degree in Business Administration Commerce Marketing Entrepreneurship or related field.
- Specialized Training/Professional Qualifications.
- Professional training in leadership and management corporate governance and strategic management.
- Proficiency in use of computer packages.
- Over 10 years relevant working experience in a Managerial Position and preferably 5 years in a Senior Management position in a BMO with overall multifunctional responsibility.
