As a Marketing Data Analyst you will analyze and optimize marketing performance across platforms providing actionable insights to drive revenue growth and customer retention. Shift: Monday to Friday 8:30 AM 5:30 PM EST weekends off
Work Setup: Remote/Work From Home
Your Daily Tasks
- Analyze marketing data across multiple platforms to extract insights on business metrics customer retention lifetime value and campaign performance.
- Utilize analytics to recommend strategies for optimizing marketing campaigns and enhancing performance across channels.
- Identify gaps in marketing performance and provide actionable recommendations to improve business results.
- Oversee marketing campaigns from start to finish ensuring datadriven decisions are implemented throughout.
- Drive business growth and revenue through effective data analysis and optimization.
- Present findings and insights to team members and stakeholders simplifying complex data into actionable recommendations.
- Leverage BI tools and analytics platforms such as Google Analytics Meta Analytics (Facebook/Instagram) Power BI and Excel.
- Evaluate the success of marketing campaigns determine key performance metrics and offer datadriven improvement suggestions.
Requirements
The Qualifications We Seek
- Strong experience in marketing data analysis with a focus on growth and revenue optimization.
- Proficiency in Google Analytics Meta Analytics (Facebook/Instagram) Power BI and Excel.
- Experience with BI tools and other marketing analytics platforms.
- Background in mortgage marketing or similar industries is preferred.
- Ability to interpret complex data and provide actionable insights for campaign optimization.
- Excellent communication skills with the ability to present data insights clearly to nontechnical audiences and stakeholders.
- Previous experience in a marketing role such as a campaign manager focusing on evaluating campaign success and recommending improvements.
