Our client is a key player in the financial service sector. They are currently looking to hire a Head subsidiary finance.
JOB OBJECTIVE:
To coordinate subsidiaries financial management and regulatory reporting system (Management reporting and review statutory reporting and compliance returns budget and budget control) to ensure business integrity enable profitable and sustainable growth and shareholder value creation.
ACCOUNTABILITIES
1. Coordinate the preparation of periodic management account and analysis.
2. Coordinate timely preparation of Group ExCo Report with analysis to aid Management decision in line with set targets.
3. Prepare Interim Financial Statements for the holding company as well as group financials and analysis.
4. Setup accounting system for new subsidiaries and coordinate the preparation/ review of other subsidiaries account.
5. Prepare board reports with analysis of variance with previous month and Budget; highlighting level of achievement on
previously communicated initiatives and new strategies by Opco Business teams to improve performance.
6. Oversee the application of new relevant IFRSs compliance with regulatory guidelines proper classification and mapping
of SFP and SOCI items in financial Statements.
7. Develop subordinates skills and competencies by planning development activities related to current & future job
responsibilities.
