We are looking for an energetic and eager Nurse Practitioner to join our team to service patients within an assisted living facility in Long Island New York.

Schedule: Twice per month

The ideal provider shall have Primary Care experience within Assisted Living facilities/Long Term Care and have a passion for geriatrics!
