Job Description: Business Development Associate Denver Colorado
We are seeking a Business Development Associate for our Denver Colorado location. The goal of the Business Development team is to build new client relationships and identify opportunities for growth. The ideal candidate will have a strong network in the Colorado and Rocky Mountain regions and experience managing relationships in the A/E/C industry.
Responsibilities:
- Collaborate with leadership to develop and execute business development goals and strategies.
- Identify crossselling opportunities and expand client relationships to generate revenue.
- Secure meetings with key decisionmakers in the A/E/C industry and effectively communicate strategy.
- Build and maintain relationships with clients to uncover business opportunities.
- Use Deltek Vantagepoint CRM to track and manage opportunities.
- Represent the firm at industry events to foster business development.
- Prepare and present AIA CES presentations to targeted architects.
- Partner with the marketing team to create proposals articles and social media content.
- Maintain a high profile in professional organizations to network and build relationships.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor s degree or relevant experience in Marketing Communications Business or a related field.
- 38 years of business development experience in the A/E/C industry.
- Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite Microsoft Office and CRM software.
- Strong writing communication and presentation skills.
A Bachelor s degree in Civil Engineering, Structural Engineering or Construction Management is preferred. PE is a plus Candidates must have 7+ years estimating experience
