Our client is a leading advertising company in Nigeria. Due to expansion they are in need of an ACCOUNT MANAGER who would be responsible for building strong client relationships managing campaigns and ensuring the seamless execution of projects. The role requires strategic thinking excellent organizational skills and a passion for delivering outstanding results.
Location: Lagos
JOB RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Serve as the primary daytoday contact for clients ensuring their needs are met.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with clients stakeholders.
- Coordinate with internal teams including creative strategy and media to deliver exceptional results
- Monitor campaign performance providing updates and insights to
- Collaborate with the Account Director to develop account strategies and identify growth opportunities
- Manage budgets ensuring campaigns are delivered within financial parameters
- Work closely with other departments to foster collaborative and efficient work environment.
- Track and report on project financials ensuring profitability.
REQUIREMENTS
- Bachelor s degree in Marketing Advertising Communications or a related field.
- Minimum of 35 years of experience in account management preferably in an advertising or marketing agency
- Strong understanding of marketing and advertising principles.
- Excellent communication and presentation skills.
- Proven ability to manage multiple projects and deadlines.
- ARCON certification is a plus.
- High level of professionalism attention to detail and problemsolving skills.
- Passion for client satisfaction and delivering outstanding results.
