What you will be doing:
- Lead the sales and marketing teams focusing on improving lead conversion rates upselling and crossselling.
- Develop and implement datadriven marketing strategies tailored to each departments needs and audiences (Tax Compliance Tax Controversy Corporate Law and Cryptocurrency Tax).
- Utilize data analytics to drive decisionmaking.
- Oversee content production including videos graphics blog posts and other marketing materials ensuring consistent messaging and branding.
- Foster relationships with affiliates and referral partners to generate more leads and increase revenue.
- Establish revenue goals for each department and hold team members accountable for meeting them.
- Enhance marketing attribution and ensure data is at the forefront of all decisionmaking processes.
- Motivate and inspire team members to work towards achieving revenue goals.
- Continuously monitor and analyze marketing and sales performance adjusting strategies as needed to maximize results.
Experience you will need:
- Bachelors degree in Business Marketing or related field.
- 5 years of experience in sales and marketing with a focus on highticket service businesses.
- Proven experience in digital marketing including SEO social media and affiliate marketing.
- Strong leadership and management skills.
- Comprehensive understanding of digital marketing and multitouch attribution.
- Excellent communication and collaboration skills.
- Knowledge of the cryptocurrency and blockchain industry is a plus.
