Position Overview
We seek a dynamic and detailoriented Account Coordinator with a strong focus on social media and digital marketing. This role reports to the Account Manager and supports the account team in executing and managing various digital campaigns content creation and other digital marketing activities to drive brand awareness and engagement for Top Right and its clients.
Responsibilities
- Support Account Managers and Senior Account Managers in the daytoday execution of client projects.
Assist in maintaining positive relationships with clients through regular communication and updates.
- Coordinate project workflows including:
- Organizing timelines deliverables and schedules.
- Monitoring project milestones and ensuring timely completion.
- Preparing and sharing status updates with internal teams and clients.
Assist in campaign performance tracking and reporting gathering data for analysis and insights.
Handle administrative tasks such as scheduling meetings preparing agendas and maintaining project documentation.
Collaborate with internal teams to ensure deliverables meet client expectations and deadlines.
Requirements
- Bachelor s Degree or higher in business marketing or communications.
- Experience in social media management and digital marketing (agency experience is a plus).
- Ability to work independently and take initiative in a remote work environment.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Excellent interpersonal skills are critically important.
- Familiar with project management tools and workflows experience with Wrike a plus.
- Creative thinking and ability to generate innovative ideas.
- Ability to travel to client locations (if needed) and Atlanta for company and team meetings if living out of the area.
12 years of experience in a marketing or advertising role (internships included).
Agency experience is a plus but not required.
Eagerness to support and contribute to successful client campaigns and company growth.
