Job Description
Role Overview: Join our clients leading team of professionals as a Solar Engineer with a focus on the design and commissioning of utilityscale solar projects. This role is ideal for someone who thrives in a dynamic environment and is committed to excellence in renewable energy project execution.
Key Responsibilities:
- Lead the design and engineering of utilityscale solar systems ensuring technical and functional specifications are met.
- Utilize advanced simulation software such as Helioscope to optimize designs and energy production.
- Manage the entire lifecycle of solar projects from conception through commissioning including troubleshooting and technical support postcommissioning.
- Collaborate with internal and external stakeholders to align project objectives with business goals.
- Ensure compliance with all relevant regulations and standards during project design and implementation.
Skills and Proficiencies:
- Expertise in solar design software particularly Helioscope.
- Proven track record in the commissioning of solar projects.
- Strong leadership capabilities and the ability to drive team success.
- Excellent problemsolving organizational and communication skills.
Education
Bachelor s degree in engineering (Mechanical, Electrical, or related field); advanced degree preferred.
