Job Description

We are seeking a dedicated and proactive People & Culture Specialist to join our HR team in Turkiye. In this role you will play a key part in enhancing employee engagement supporting recruitment efforts fostering a dynamic workplace culture and ensuring compliance with D.Engage s global HR policies. Working closely with the Global People & Culture Leader you will assist in implementing HR strategies that align with organizational values improve employee experience and ensure operational excellence across various HR functions including recruitment onboarding leave management and performance evaluations.

Key Responsibilities

Employee Engagement and Culture:

  • Assist in designing and implementing datadriven programs aimed at improving employee engagement and satisfaction using surveys and feedback for actionable insights.
  • Support initiatives that align workplace culture with D.Engage s Code of Ethics core values and focus on diversity and inclusion.
  • Organize workshops and teambuilding activities to foster a collaborative inclusive and respectful work environment.

Recruitment and Onboarding:

  • Manage and support the endtoend recruitment process ensuring compliance with D.Engage s structured Hiring & Onboarding Process (e.g. using Zoho Recruit for multilevel interviews).
  • Work with hiring managers to define job requirements source candidates conduct interviews and support informed hiring decisions.
  • Assist in the onboarding process ensuring new hires are successfully integrated into the organization.

HR Operations and Compliance:

  • Oversee key HR functions such as performance management probationary evaluations leave management benefits management and conflict resolution.
  • Ensure operational practices align with company policies especially in areas such as leave management benefits and the probationary period process.
  • Regularly monitor compliance with internal policies and local labor laws ensuring documentation is complete and accurate.

Diversity Inclusion and Compliance:

  • Promote and assist with the implementation of diversity and inclusion initiatives supporting an equitable workplace in line with D.Engage s global standards.
  • Ensure compliance with local labor laws and ethical standards helping maintain alignment with D.Engage s global HR guidelines.

Data Analysis and Reporting:

  • Track and analyze key HR metrics such as employee engagement retention rates and policy compliance.
  • Provide insights and reports to the Global People & Culture Leader on the effectiveness of diversity initiatives leave policies and overall employee satisfaction.

Talent Development and Process Improvement:

  • Identify training needs and collaborate with stakeholders to design and deliver impactful learning and development programs.
  • Proactively suggest and support improvements to HR processes that enhance both employee experience and operational efficiency.

Requirements

  • Education: Bachelor s degree in Human Resources Business Administration or a related field. A Master s degree is a plus.
  • Experience:
    • Minimum 3 years of experience in HR management employee engagement or organizational development ideally in a multicultural setting.
    • Familiarity with recruitment processes performance management and probationary evaluations.
    • Knowledge of HR tools such as Zoho Recruit and Zoho People is advantageous.
  • Skills:
    • Strong communication and interpersonal skills with the ability to engage effectively with employees at all levels.
    • Excellent analytical skills for interpreting data and driving decisionmaking.
    • Proficiency in aligning HR practices with local labor laws and global organizational policies.
  • Language: Fluency in English is required.
