Senior Specialist Total Rewards Equity

We are on the lookout for a (Senior) Specialist Total Rewards (Equity) to join the Total Rewards team on our journey to always deliver amazing experiences.

• Support the development and implementation of the Delivery Heros Reward philosophy and strategy for our Berlin Headquarters and in over 70 countries

• Manage our global LongTerm Incentive Program (LTIP) and Employee Share Purchase Plan (ESPP) in particular LTIP grants ESPP enrolments stock option exercise windows RSU releases and global compliance

• Ensure data accuracy and smooth process flows in the equity administration tool and our HRIS (Workday) 

• Play an important role in decision making and finding innovative solutions for complex challenges utilizing data facts and trends

• Serve as a first point of contact for any matter regarding compensation and benefits particularly equity

• Work closely with the Legal and Finance team 

Qualifications :

• You have 5 years experience of managing equity compensation HR or global mobility programs

• You are holding an academic degree

• You have strong analytical project management and excel skills

• You know how to find a key to every person and know how to build strong relationships with your stakeholders

• Excellent communication skills in English and you are an expert in training and explaining Reward to employees

• You are driven by the idea of building an amazing employee Reward experience
