Job Description

We are seeking a highly organised and efficient Senior Workplace Coordinator to join our team in Fortitude Valley. In this role you will be responsible for overseeing and optimising our workplace operations ensuring a productive and comfortable environment for all employees.

What will a day in this role look like:

  • Act as the first point of contact for visitors clients and vendors at our Brisbane office creating a positive impression.
  • Manage the daytoday workplace operations across our SEQ Portfolio (Brisbane Gold Coast and Maroochydore) including managing office services space planning event coordination AV support office supplies.
  • Coordinate with vendors service suppliers and building management to ensure the timely delivery of maintenance planning of events delivery of services and office upgrades.
  • Work closely with our landlord and other stakeholders on a variety of issues demonstrating your ability to be organised and work on multiple tasks simultaneously.
  • Play an active part in our Health & Safety policy ensuring the workplace is neat and tidy and actioning any issues quickly.

Qualifications :

The following qualifications and experience are highly desired but if you dont tick all the boxes you could still be a perfect fit for this role. Please apply all applications will be considered.  

What are we looking for from you

  • Ideally around 5 years experience in workplace coordination facilities management or operations management with a customercentric focus.
  • Outstanding people and communication skills with the ability to liaise with internal and external stakeholders at varying levels of seniority.
  • Excellent working knowledge of the full Microsoft Suite with the ability to pick up new technologies quickly and efficiently. Exposure to AV systems is advantageous.
  • Proven ability to multitask and problem solve with strong organisational skills.
  • A track record of working within a tightknit team and delegating tasks as required.
  • Valid Drivers License (essential) and current (or willing to be trained) Fire Warden and First Aid trained.

Due to the nature of this role you will be required to work fulltime from our Brisbane office from 8:30 5pm. At times before and after support may be required to support business needs.
