Job Description
Job Summary
The Maintenance Technician is responsible for the operation maintenance and optimization of Advanced Metering Systems (AMS) and Building Automation Systems (BAS) at CMIs customer site located in Lakewood CO. This role is critical for achieving operational excellence minimizing downtime and supporting the customers sustainability goals.
Key Job Functions
- Ensure that all control systems including HVAC lighting and energy management systems are functioning efficiently and effectively to support building operations and meet performance goals.
- Monitor system alarms optimize system settings to improve energy efficiency and
- Provide detailed reports to the customer and other stakeholders.
- Collaborate with the Maintenance Scheduler Project Manager and Onsite Maintenance Supervisor to ensure that AMS and BAS tasks are integrated seamlessly into overall maintenance operations.
Qualifications :
- High School diploma
- At least (3) years of Maintenance work experience preferably in a large facility with multiple stakeholders.
- Deep understanding of AMS and BAS technologies including system programming diagnostics and troubleshooting.
- Proficiency in the use of the National Computerized Maintenance Management System (NCMMS)
- Must be able to lift at least 50 pounds
- Must be certified and properly licensed to work on building systems where applicable in accordance with Federal State or Local laws codes or ordinances.
