Job Description
Position: Proposal Manager (Top Secret Clearance Required)

Job Summary:
As a fully cleared Proposal Manager you will be responsible for managing the entire proposal process from start to finish. You will work closely with the business development team subject matter experts and other key stakeholders to develop winning proposals that meet the needs of our client. This is a highly visible role that requires excellent communication organizational and project management skills.
Key Responsibilities:
Lead and manage the proposal development process including coordinating with crossfunctional teams developing proposal schedules and ensuring compliance with all requirements.
Conduct thorough research and analysis to understand the clients needs requirements and evaluation criteria.
Work closely with the business development team to develop win strategies and proposal themes that align with the clients objectives.
Write and edit proposal content ensuring it is clear concise and compelling.
Develop and maintain proposal templates boilerplate content and other resources to streamline the proposal development process.
Coordinate and facilitate proposal reviews with key stakeholders including subject matter experts executives and other team members.
Ensure all proposal sections are integrated and consistent with the overall proposal strategy.
Manage the proposal production process including formatting printing and delivery.
Track and report on proposal progress and status including identifying and mitigating potential risks and issues.
Participate in postsubmission activities such as debriefings and lessons learned sessions to improve future proposal efforts.
Qualifications:
Bachelors degree in Business Administration Marketing or a related field.
Minimum of 5 years of experience in proposal management preferably in the government contracting industry.
Active Top Secret clearance is required.
Strong understanding of the government procurement process and proposal development best practices.
Excellent writing editing and proofreading skills.
Strong project management and organizational skills.
Ability to work under tight deadlines and manage multiple proposals simultaneously.
Proficient in Microsoft Office and proposal development software.
Strong interpersonal and communication skills with the ability to collaborate effectively with crossfunctional teams.
