Job Title: GermanSpeaking Customer Service Representative (Remote)
Location: Braga Portugal (Remote Position)

Work Setup: Work remotely from your home in Braga Portugal
Shift Details:

  • Hours: 24/7 rotating shifts including night shifts Monday to Sunday
  • Two days off per week rotating
  • Shift schedule covers morning afternoon and night shifts

Language Requirements:

  • German (C2 proficiency required)
  • English (Intermediate proficiency preferred)

Job Overview:
We are looking for a dedicated and motivated Germanspeaking Customer Service Representative to join our remote team in Braga. This role involves helping Germanspeaking customers with technical queries related to website solutions. While prior experience in customer service or technical support is a plus it is not necessary. We seek candidates who are enthusiastic eager to learn and keen to grow within the company.

In this role you will assist customers remotely providing highlevel technical support via phone email and chat. Strong communication skills and a focus on delivering excellent customer service will be key to your success in this position.

Primary Responsibilities:

  • Provide exceptional customer service to Germanspeaking clients through phone email and chat resolving technical issues related to website services
  • Troubleshoot and resolve technical problems including issues with website setup configuration and functionality
  • Assist customers in navigating website tools helping them fully understand features and resolve problems efficiently
  • Accurately log all customer interactions and technical issues in the CRM system for future reference and followup
  • Ensure customer satisfaction by providing timely and professional solutions
  • Follow established processes for troubleshooting issue escalation and resolution
  • Escalate complex issues to higherlevel support or the relevant department when needed
  • Share feedback with management on recurring issues and suggest improvements to enhance the customer experience
  • Take ownership of customer issues ensuring timely resolution and necessary followup
  • Adhere to data protection regulations and maintain confidentiality with customer information
  • Work collaboratively with team members to enhance processes and the overall customer experience
  • Manage customer expectations and remain calm under pressure during busy times
  • Continue to support customers with websiterelated inquiries helping them get the most from our services

Required Skills & Qualifications:

  • Fluency in German (C2 level required)
  • Intermediate English proficiency (B2 or higher preferred)
  • Experience in customer service or technical support is advantageous but not required
  • Strong technical skills and a willingness to learn about website solutions and troubleshooting techniques
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills with a customerfirst approach
  • Strong problemsolving skills and the ability to resolve technical issues efficiently
  • Ability to work independently and maintain highquality service in a remote setting
  • Ability to handle multiple tasks and customer inquiries in a fastpaced environment
  • Exceptional attention to detail and accuracy even in repetitive tasks
  • Comfortable working night shifts weekends and flexible hours
  • EU ID required for employment in Portugal
  • Residence card required for nonEU nationals
