Job Title: Remote DutchSpeaking Customer Support Representative
Location: Braga Portugal (Remote)

Shift Details:

  • Hours: 24/7 rotating shifts Monday through Sunday (including night shifts)
  • Two rotating days off each week
  • Shifts rotate between mornings afternoons and nights

Language Skills Required:

  • Dutch (C2 level required)
  • English (Intermediate proficiency preferred)

Position Overview:
We are seeking a motivated Dutchspeaking Customer Support Representative to join our remote team in Braga. This is an exciting opportunity to work in the website technical solutions sector assisting Dutchspeaking customers with technical inquiries. While experience in customer service or technical support is an advantage it is not required. We are looking for candidates who are eager to learn and grow with the company.

In this role you will provide remote technical support to customers troubleshooting issues guiding them through challenges and offering assistance via phone email and chat. You will need strong communication skills the ability to adapt to new situations and a commitment to delivering excellent customer service.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Deliver exceptional support to Dutchspeaking clients via phone email and chat helping with websiterelated technical issues
  • Troubleshoot and resolve problems with website setup configuration or performance
  • Assist customers in understanding and using website tools to resolve issues efficiently
  • Keep accurate records of all customer interactions and issues in the CRM system ensuring proper followup
  • Ensure prompt resolution of issues to maintain high customer satisfaction
  • Adhere to processes for troubleshooting escalating or resolving issues as needed
  • Escalate complex technical problems to appropriate teams or higherlevel support
  • Provide feedback to management regarding recurring issues and areas for process improvement
  • Take responsibility for customer issues ensuring their resolution in a timely manner and following up when needed
  • Protect customer information and comply with data privacy regulations
  • Work collaboratively with team members to improve service quality and customer experience
  • Stay calm under pressure and manage customer expectations in highstress situations
  • Provide ongoing support and solutions for websiterelated inquiries ensuring customers get the most out of the services

Skills & Qualifications:

  • Fluent in Dutch (C2 level required)
  • Intermediate proficiency in English (B2 level or higher preferred)
  • Previous experience in customer service or technical support is a plus but not essential
  • Strong technical aptitude and a willingness to learn about website solutions and technical issues
  • Excellent communication skills with a customerfocused attitude
  • Strong problemsolving skills able to quickly troubleshoot and resolve issues
  • Ability to work independently maintaining high standards of service remotely
  • Capable of multitasking and prioritizing effectively in a fastpaced environment
  • High attention to detail and accuracy even when handling repetitive tasks
  • Comfortable working flexible hours including night shifts and weekends
  • EU ID required for employment in Portugal
  • Residence card required for nonEU nationals
