Seeking Caregivers

We are in need of a caring and devoted Private Caregiver to provide individualized care and assistance to an elderly sick mother. The preferred candidate should be dedicated to aiding with daily tasks offering companionship managing medications and ensuring the overall comfort and wellbeing of the elderly person.

Roles and Responsibilities:

Administer prescribed medications accurately.

Prepare healthy meals and aid with feeding if needed.

Monitor and document vital signs symptoms and health changes.

Provide companionship engage in conversations and activities to boost mental health.

Assist with light household chores such as laundry dishes and maintaining living spaces.

Accompany the elderly to medical appointments and assist in communicating with healthcare providers.

Maintain a safe environment by preventing accidents and addressing safety issues.

Assist in mobility support and exercise routines.

Keep family members updated on the wellbeing of the elderly person.

Requirements:

Previous experience as a caregiver especially with elderly or ill individuals.

Knowledge of fundamental caregiving methods.

Display compassion and empathy towards elderly people.

Strong communication and interpersonal abilities.

Patient and understanding in challenging circumstances.

Capacity to work autonomously and adhere to instructions diligently.

CPR and first aid certification is desirable.

Physical capability to assist with lifting bending and transferring the elderly person.

Work Schedule:

The working schedule may vary based on the elderly individuals requirements necessitating flexibility including weekends and evenings.

Salary:

Compensation will be based on the candidates experience and qualifications.
