Skilled Caregiver

We are looking for a skilled caregiver to deliver outstanding care and assistance to an elderly individual. The preferred candidate should harbor a genuine desire to aid older adults and possess the necessary abilities to ensure the wellbeing safety and comfort of our patient in her daily routine. The caregivers role is pivotal in improving our patients quality of life and upholding her independence.

Primary Responsibilities:

Support our mothers mobility and help her navigate her home safely. Administer medications promptly and monitor her health status.

Prepare and serve nutritious meals that align with her dietary requirements.

Perform light household chores like cleaning and organizing living areas.

Escort our mother to medical appointments and facilitate communication between healthcare providers and family members.

Engage our senior in stimulating activities to boost mental and emotional wellness.

Monitor and document changes in our patients health or behavior promptly alerting the family or healthcare professionals about any concerns. Offer companionship and emotional comfort to combat feelings of solitude and isolation. Maintain a secure and safe environment for our patient consistently.

Requirements:

Previous experience in caregiving for elderly individuals. Demonstrates compassion and empathy towards older adults.

Proficient in managing agerelated health issues and delivering appropriate care.

Strong communication skills to effectively engage with our mother family and healthcare providers.

Trustworthy reliable and shows a high level of responsibility. Adaptable to varying situations and capable of handling unexpected events calmly and effectively.

CPR and First Aid certification are advantageous.

The caregiver may be required to work flexible hours which could include weekends and evenings to suit our clients needs.
