Job Description
We are seeking a talented and creative Digital Experience Designer to join our remote team. In this role you will be responsible for designing intuitive and userfriendly digital experiences across various platforms including websites mobile apps and other digital touchpoints. You will work closely with product managers developers and other stakeholders to translate user needs and business goals into compelling and effective designs.
Responsibilities:
Conduct user research and analysis to understand user needs and behaviors.
Create user flows wireframes and prototypes to visualize and communicate design concepts.
Design highfidelity mockups and interactive prototypes using industrystandard design tools (e.g. Figma Sketch Adobe XD).
Collaborate with developers to ensure the successful implementation of design solutions.
Conduct usability testing and gather user feedback to iterate on designs.
Stay uptodate on the latest design trends and technologies.
Contribute to the overall design system and brand guidelines.
Participate in design reviews and provide constructive feedback to other designers.
Effectively communicate design decisions and rationale to stakeholders.
Qualifications:
Bachelors degree in Design HumanComputer Interaction or a related field.
3 years of experience as a UX/UI Designer or a similar role.
Strong portfolio demonstrating a strong understanding of usercentered design principles.
Proficiency in design tools such as Figma Sketch or Adobe XD.
Excellent communication presentation and interpersonal skills.
Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
Strong problemsolving and analytical skills.
Passion for creating exceptional user experiences.
US Citizenship or Green Card Holder required.
Bonus Points:
Experience with frontend development (HTML CSS JavaScript).
Experience with design systems and component libraries.
Experience working in an agile development environment.
