We are seeking a highly motivated and customeroriented Associate Customer Success Engineer to join our growing team. In this role you will play a crucial part in ensuring customer satisfaction and driving longterm customer relationships. You will work closely with customers to onboard them onto our platform troubleshoot issues and provide ongoing support.
Responsibilities:
Onboard new customers onto the Anarust platform providing comprehensive training and guidance.
Respond promptly to customer inquiries via email phone and chat.
Troubleshoot customer issues and provide timely resolutions.
Proactively identify and address potential customer concerns.
Gather customer feedback and provide valuable insights to the product and engineering teams.
Build strong relationships with customers and become their trusted advisor.
Maintain accurate records of customer interactions and support activities.
Participate in team meetings and contribute to the ongoing improvement of customer support processes.
Stay uptodate on the latest product features and industry best practices.
Qualifications:
12 years of experience in customer success technical support or a related field.
Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
Strong problemsolving and analytical skills.
Ability to quickly learn and adapt to new technologies.
Proficiency in using customer relationship management (CRM) systems.
Experience with list any specific software or tools relevant to the role e.g. Zendesk Slack etc..
Strong work ethic and a customercentric approach.
Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
US Citizenship or Green Card Holder required.
