Job Description
Job Title: Financial Controller
Location: Remote (EST Time zone)
Salary Range: up to 4000 USD
Work Schedule: Monday Friday 8:00 AM to 6:00 PM (EST)

Position Overview:
The Financial Controller will oversee critical financial operations including bookkeeping payroll accounts payable and financial reporting while contributing to strategic decisionmaking through Financial Planning & Analysis (FP&A). This role is ideal for detailoriented professionals passionate about datadriven insights and operational efficiency.
Key Responsibilities:
Financial Planning & Analysis (FP&A):
- Develop financial models for business planning and forecasting.
- Analyze financial data identify trends and recommend actionable strategies.
- Present variance analyses budgets and performance reports.
Bookkeeping:
- Ensure accurate financial records and manage sales tax filings.
- Coordinate with external providers for income tax compliance.
Payroll:
- Prepare detailed payroll reports and ensure adherence to regulations.
- Monitor and analyze payrollrelated KPIs.
Accounts Payable:
- Process payments for facilities and suppliers.
- Maintain uptodate supplier statements and ensure timely disbursements.
Employee Management:
- Oversee background checks employment contracts and payroll onboarding/offboarding.
Other Duties:
- Manage inventory processes and accounts receivable.
Qualifications:
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word/Excel).
- Strong English communication skills (written and verbal).
- Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail.
- Ability to work independently and handle multiple tasks in a dynamic environment.
- Strong interpersonal and collaborative skills.
NicetoHaves:
- Familiarity with QuickBooks SQL or NetSuite.
- CPA certification.
- Experience with Power BI data analytics and KPI management.
