Requirements
- Exceptional Organisation Skills: Ability to prioritise tasks manage time efficiently and maintain a structured workflow.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Previous experience in office administration (preferred).
- Familiarity with immigration processes VFS or Home Affairs (advantageous but not required).
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and general computer literacy.
- High level of professionalism and attention to detail.
Responsibilities
- Office Administration: Maintain a wellorganised and efficient office environment including managing supplies and handling correspondence.
- Submission and Collection: Submit documents to and collect results from the VFS Global application centers.
- FollowUps with Home Affairs: Liaise with Home Affairs to track the status of applications and resolve issues promptly.
- RecordKeeping: Maintain accurate records of applications submissions and results.
- Scheduling and Coordination: Manage appointments and ensure deadlines are met.
- Support to the Team: Provide general administrative support to ensure seamless operations within the office.
