Position: Technologist Radiography
Job Overview:
We are currently seeking for our client a skilled and experienced Technologist Radiography to join their team. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in radiography and a passion for delivering exceptional patient care. This is a fulltime position with competitive salary and benefits.
Key Responsibilities:
Perform diagnostic imaging procedures using various radiographic equipment
Prepare patients for procedures and explain the process to them
Position patients correctly to obtain the best images
Monitor patients during procedures and report any adverse reactions
Maintain accurate and detailed records of procedures and patient information
Collaborate with radiologists and other healthcare professionals to analyze and interpret images
Ensure the safety and wellbeing of patients by following radiation safety protocols
Maintain and troubleshoot equipment as needed
Keep uptodate with advancements in radiography technology and techniques
Provide exceptional patient care and maintain a professional demeanor at all times
Requirements:
Bachelors degree in Radiography or a related field
Valid license to practice as a radiographer
Minimum of 2 years of experience in radiography
Proficient in operating various radiographic equipment
Strong understanding of radiation safety protocols
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
Ability to work efficiently in a fastpaced environment
Strong attention to detail and ability to maintain accurate records
Familiarity with medical terminology and patient care standards
Ability to work independently and as part of a team
Willingness to work flexible hours including evenings and weekends if needed
