Job Description
Job Title: Therapist Respiratory
Location: Tripoli Libya
Contract Details: Full time
Our client is a leading healthcare provider in Tripoli Libya dedicated to improving the health and wellbeing of our community. They are currently seeking a highly skilled and compassionate Therapist Respiratory to join their team.
The ideal candidate will have a strong background in respiratory therapy and a passion for helping patients with respiratory conditions. As a Therapist Respiratory you will work closely with patients to assess their respiratory needs develop treatment plans and provide ongoing care and support.
Responsibilities:
Conduct assessments and develop treatment plans for patients with respiratory conditions such as asthma chronic obstructive pulmonary disease (COPD) and cystic fibrosis
Administer respiratory treatments including oxygen therapy chest physiotherapy and nebulizer treatments
Monitor patients progress and adjust treatment plans as needed
Educate patients and their families on respiratory care and selfmanagement techniques
Collaborate with other healthcare professionals to provide comprehensive care for patients
Maintain accurate and uptodate patient records
Stay current on developments in respiratory therapy and implement new techniques and technologies as appropriate
Adhere to all safety and infection control protocols
Provide emotional support and counseling to patients and their families
Requirements:
Bachelors degree in respiratory therapy or related field
Valid respiratory therapist license
Minimum of 2 years of experience in respiratory therapy
Strong knowledge of respiratory conditions and treatment methods
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
Compassionate and patientcentered approach to care
Ability to work independently and as part of a team
Strong critical thinking and problemsolving skills
Proficiency in electronic medical records systems
Fluency in Arabic and English
