What Youll Do
- Provide toptier support to Croatian and Englishspeaking customers via calls chats and emails.
- Assist customers with all aspects of their car rental experience ensuring smooth and seamless service.
- Troubleshoot and resolve issues with a positive customerfirst attitude.
- Leverage your technical skills to navigate systems and deliver solutions.
What Were Looking For
- Language Proficiency:
- Native or fluent Croatian speaker (C2 level)
- Strong English communication skills (B2 level minimum)
- Qualifications:
- High school diploma or higher education preferred.
- Prior experience in a customerfacing role (hospitality or car rental experience is a plus).
- Excellent problemsolving and troubleshooting skills.
- Techsavvy with a knack for learning new systems.
- Passion for delivering exceptional customer service.
Working Hours & Schedule
- Monday to Sunday with rotating shifts: 8:00 AM 5:00 PM
- 40 hours per week (8 hours/day 5 days/week)
Location & Start Date
- Onsite in Athens (this position is for locals only)
- Start Date: 28th of March
