Job Description
Korzen Health is working with Baptist Health with the partnership of Healogics to add a full time Certified Nurse Practitioner for their Wound Care center in Fort Smith AR.
We offer Wound Care and Hyperbaric Oxygen (HBO) Therapy training. You will have a fullteam in place from the initial start date. The Wound Care Center is an Academic Affiliated program.
Scope of Practice Includes:
- Full Team Case Manager Hyperbaric Oxygen Therapy Nurses Office Manager Front end and back end support. Great Work Flow!
- Team will do Wound Care and Hyperbaric Oxygen Therapy.
- Team will average around 910 patients per day with a majority of wound care and less than 5% Hyperbaric Oxygen Therapy. We expect the patient volume to increase to 15 patients in the future
- Facility has 4 rooms with a team of 3 nurses and case manager
- EMR
- Center hours: Monday Friday 8am5pm 40 hours a week. No Nights No Call No weekends.
- Compensation Model is base salary with bonus plan in place.
- You will work with Adult and Geriatric patients.

Wound Care Nurse Practitioner and Experience Requirements:
- 1 years of NP experience in a procedural environment (i.e. urgent care wound care specialist medical office).
- AR State license
- Must be Certified Nurse Practitioner
- DEA License
Benefits Include:
- Competitive Base Compensation. Base Salary and Bonus. Compensation will be $125k$150k
