Job Description

We are seeking a Structured Cabling Project Manager specializing in data center environments to oversee and execute highquality structured cabling installations. This role blends technical expertise with leadership ensuring every project meets the highest standards of quality value and integrity.
Key Responsibilities:
- Project Management: Lead structured cabling projects from initiation to completion ensuring timelines budgets and client expectations are consistently met.
- Data Center Expertise: Manage complex structured cabling installations in data centers leveraging innovative solutions to exceed client expectations.
- Team Leadership: Foster a collaborative familyoriented work environment by guiding and supporting technicians and subcontractors.
- Safety & Quality: Prioritize safety while adhering to the highest standards of workmanship both visually and operationally.
- Client Relationships: Build and maintain longterm partnerships through open communication and exceptional service.
- Documentation & Reporting: Maintain accurate project records and ensure timely delivery of final project documentation.
- Problem Solving: Address challenges with persistence and accountability ensuring successful project outcomes.
Qualifications:
- Experience: Proven expertise in structured cabling particularly in data centers with a minimum of 5 years in project management.
- Technical Skills: Proficient in complete structured cabling solutions including voice data audio/video paging coax and fiber optics.
- Leadership: Ability to lead teams promote safety and ensure project excellence.
- Core Values Alignment: Commitment to teamwork persistence accountability and delivering quality work.
- Certifications (Preferred): BICSI RCDD PMP or other relevant certifications.
- Drivers License: Valid license and reliable transportation.
Benefits & Compensation:
- Base Salary: $85k $95k per year
- Commission: 10% commission on completed and paid jobs paid quarterly
- Vehicle Allowance: Provided for projectrelated travel
- Benefits: Comprehensive package including health dental and vision insurance starting at 30 days
