Job Description
As a global leader in automotive innovation this OEM manufacturer is seeking a Director of Advanced Manufacturing Engineering to lead the integration of cuttingedge manufacturing processes and technologies. This position will drive efficiency and innovation across global operations ensuring worldclass production standards for the companys renowned vehicle portfolio.
Key Responsibilities
- Develop and implement advanced manufacturing strategies to improve efficiency reduce costs and enhance scalability.
- Integrate emerging technologies such as automation robotics and Industry 4.0 into global production facilities.
- Collaborate with product design and R&D teams to ensure manufacturability and costeffectiveness of new designs.
- Oversee process standardization and optimization across all manufacturing sites.
- Ensure adherence to German engineering and quality standards as well as global compliance regulations.
- Lead and develop a highperforming team of engineers and technical experts.
Qualifications
- Bachelors degree (Masters prefered) in Mechanical Industrial or Manufacturing Engineering; Masters degree preferred.
- 10 years of experience in advanced manufacturing engineering with a minimum of 5 years in a major OEM or equivalent environment.
- Proven success in implementing advanced technologies in manufacturing.
- Strong leadership and project management skills with the ability to foster crossfunctional collaboration.
