Job Description

Position Overview
OEM manufacturer a global leader in automotive excellence is seeking a Global Supply Chain Vice President to optimize and lead its extensive supply chain network. The ideal candidate will ensure seamless integration of operations while driving innovation and sustainability across the companys global footprint.

Key Responsibilities

  • Develop and execute a supply chain strategy that supports the companys global operations.
  • Lead supplier management ensuring quality reliability and cost efficiency.
  • Oversee logistics networks improving delivery timelines and reducing costs.
  • Implement digital tools and analytics to enhance supply chain visibility and performance.
  • Proactively mitigate risks associated with global supply chain challenges and disruptions.
  • Drive sustainability initiatives aligned with the companys environmental goals.

Qualifications

  • Bachelors degree in Supply Chain Management Business Administration or a related field; Masters degree preferred.
  • 15 years of progressive leadership experience in global supply chain management with at least 5 years at a major OEM or equivalent.
  • Expertise in lean manufacturing and digital supply chain tools.
  • Strong interpersonal and negotiation skills to manage crosscultural teams and stakeholders.
